The evening before the OKC Thunder’s highly anticipated draft night, a storm swept through the region triggering widespread power outages. Among the affected locations was the Thunder’s draft room, creating the need for immediate backup power. Our OKC Generator Rental team swiftly addressed the situation by providing a 120 kW mobile on-site generator, allowing the draft room to have electricity and air conditioning. This ensured a comfortable and uninterrupted environment during a critical and high-pressure moment for the NBA team.
Although our generator was only needed for one night of the draft, we kept it on-site until the final evening to provide the OKC Thunder with peace of mind in case of further weather disruptions. We were honored to support the Thunder during this pivotal event!
